Aqua-Soft Forumsif i run the program 1.01, then many of my replacements and stuff will be resetted back. how can i update firefox without changing bookmarks, preferences, themes, and everything else that the instalation will overwrite? should i just instal firefox into another folder and replace firefox.exe with the newer one? or something else? i'm not sure how to update my firefox program.

Just run the installer, and everything should be just as you left it. I just update to 1.0.1 last night, and everything is the same. I didn't have to do anything, except run the installer.

thank god nothing serious happened. only all the stuff that i modded in the c:programs/mozilla firefox/ folder was replaced. i just have to mod the pictures and files like brand.dtd file. just worried. phew!
