I had this question, and figured someone might benifit from it in the future, so figured I would post it instead of emailing Andreas directly.
I am considering donating to the AveDesk project, but have been hearing rumors that not all of the proceeds will go to Andreas. Mind you this has just been speculation that I have heard through the grapevine; but it is always better to ask than to assume.
So in short, will Andreas get the entire amount of the donation?
As I am aware - my donation was paid to AndreasV via PayPal. This money is transfered securely directly into Andreas' designated account. It is then for Ave to decide what he does with my donation........
This is one of the wierdest topics I have seen in some time. Yes all the money donated goes directly to ave.... Where did you hear this from Andrew?

Asking a direct question because I doubted the validity of a claim I had heard is NOT an accusation or an allegation. It's the responsible thing to do.
I don't appreciate the reply Unbeliever. It was an honest question and honest concern.
If you look at the receiving account, it doesn't go to Ave but a relative, which is fair enough. So rumour and speculation has lead to a valid question. No need to get defensive Unbe, it won't hurt Andreas' feelings.
I'm sure he does of course receive the entire donation.
