Don't really know about the wallpaper but I'm fairly certain the girl is Luba from Hegre Archives...
She also has a twin sister (Nadya) who some feel is more of a treat than her.
If you just google Luba Hegre you'll get an eyeful (a nice eyeful... but an eyeful anyway).
Not that I'm a huge fan of hers or anything 
just giving out helpful information when I can.
P.S. : Be VERY sure the coast is clear before "googling for teh ogling".
