Xero's tiger platinum window blinds theme.

Its a pritty simply skin, Very clean. and i think matches my ave preview skin very nicly.

looks nice grim but you really ought to take advantage of the aveapps ability to have alphablended corners.

for the picky ones out there, i fixed it...

also fixed the inactive shadow bug that i noticed.
