[help] looking for program to export itunes library to HTML file

I had a program on my old HDD that let you export your iTunes library to an HTML file. I formatted the hdd and can't remember the name of the program or where to get it any more. The exported HTML files look like this:

ahh pazi beat me to it...

but somehow when i just tried it, my exported playlist was a bunch of different characters and i dont think it did it properly...
