[help] Miranda message window.

here's the situation: I've included a picture of my message winodw/Miranda window. I want to know how to get my Miranda chat window to even remotely look like this:

I mean, look at the current state of mine. It's horrible. I've also got the newest Tbsmm plugin.

lol thats javagreens ss. and his is all green because of his soapsky VS. and those icons are called proteus, just do a search. all he did was change the username to show a smiley instead of their name.

But how'd he get his visual style to go into his chat window, and how do I get those 2 icons to be the only ones in the middle of the window like that.

normally, the chat window should be skinned by the VS, I have no idea why yours isn't :( try reinstalling miranda and see.

As for the icons, if you use the lates tabsrmm plugin, there should be a tabsrmm_icons.dll file in your plugin's folder, open up that file with reshacker and replace the icons by whatever you want.

I doubt it will be so drastic as to reinstall Miranda to get this to work. Just right click in the message window until it says container options and mess with the settings. Specifically, make sure that hide titlebar is unchecked.

I've seen it, and used it for tips and stuff but I'm trying to make my message window look nice.

For example, How do I hide "send" or "bold text" "italic" buttons from the toolbar? (In the message wnidow)
