[request] web-based multi-protocol IM

alo,

you know how aol, yahoo and MSN each have their own web based (non-download) IM tool to use? is there something to the nature of trillian or gaim that has the major protocols available to use in one web-based application... i have all of these setup at work, but i would rather have just one window to hide from the boss, and not 3... ;)

thanks

You cant just run a noninstall client? Ive never heard of a multi client one/

i can't run standard application IM's, it has nothing to do with the installer... they must have the ports blocked through our firewall. the web ones work fine, i would just rather have them consolidated.

i've never heard of one before either, but my theory is that if someone has thought of it, it has to exist somewhere. i can't be the only dolt who's ever had the idea!

It might be possible to adapt a java cleint meant for mobile phones to a browser. I think the project 'everybuddy' has soemthing like that.
