Rules of grammar are rarely obeyed. Many leetspeekers will capitalize every letter except for vowels (LiKe THiS) and otherwise reject conventional English style and grammar.

I complained to the stupidity of the article. I'd like to think that most parents could figure out that their kids just like to sound foolish when typing because it's so easy to do so.
