Automatic subscription - why set to "none"?

Maybe ask user what he want or set to "instant" for example?

Or i see that i have subsciption for topic but never receive an e-mail

please, let me choose what type of subscribtion i want to set when creating new post.

going to CP-manage subscription - and set to [new type] is little too much..
