[Help] Can't add printer because of crashing

I recently bought an Epson Stylus CX4600. When I open the print&fax preferences and go to add the new printer it crashes as soon as I hit the add button. I recently upgraded to 10.3.8. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. My quetion is how or if I can fix this or is there another way to add the printer.

It is probably because of 10.3.8. When I tried to install my Lexmark on my mac it said that it needed an updated installer for Panther, which I was able to locate on their website. I would go to Epson's website to if they have anything there.
