[help] Resizing Partitions

Firstly, I'm not sure whether this is the appropriate section for this, if not, mods please could you move it.

Anyway, here's the situation. I have a 20Gb HDD with 2 partitions, my System and my other Documents. The problem is that I am rapidly running out of space on my 5Gb System partition as I install new programs which leave DLLs and fonts everywhere. My question is, is it possible to make a partition larger once you have specified its size? I know its possible to shrink them, so thats not a problem, I will just shrink my Documents partition (there is plenty of space left on that).

Thanks in advance, hope you guys can help ;)

sure you can! i use partition magic for stuff like that all the time.

Yep partition magic is your freind when it comes to all things partitions. Make shure you chkdsk and defrage before doing any resizing, or you may realy regret it.

Thanks guys, I've been using Paragon Partition Manager, so I'm thinking thats pretty poor now... Thanks again (and I will chkdsk and defrag first) ;)

make sure you do a backup first. sometimes the partition program can mess up and you'll lose your tables, etc. and you'll have to reformat.
