GIMP .png troubles

Whenever I save an image as a .png in GIMP, it comes out looking like this.

Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Look in the GIMP file folder for any DLLs or other files related to PNG, and try to restore them to the original versions (out of the setup or something.)
