I am sure that there's a huge set like this. I downloaded it some time ago...maybe it's on kde-look (search harder) or maybe on http://art.gnome.org/....it must be out there 
wich distrib do you have? if it's an RPM based version, there is a RPM called kde-icons-aqua-3.2-3.noarch.rpm that is on the net...urpmi it 
if not, try checking in your distrib packages to see if it's not there somewhere...
