Design - Good. Nice soft colors that are easy on the eyes.

I do have a few problems though. Why is the menu made of images? It could be that I am downloading something in the background, but it took a while for those images to load. Mostly, they are pointless. Not to mention that the roundness of the menu clashes with the header logo, which is a rectangle. Use text for the different sections. It's pointless to use images for text when text uses far less bandwidth.

And why are you using frames? :slant:
