AppleSwqitch is back and still using my graphics/layout

I would post this in rips but this is a general call for help on what I can do (or what YOU can do) to stop this site.

I mean, this has to stop...here is the list of what they stole/ripped:

'free email accounts'

same host I am, my guess is for similarity.

same portal as my site.

board is the same as mine.

The chat is the same as mine.

The gallery is the same as mine.

links area is the same as mine.

The 'journal' is a rip of mine.

the images which link to each forum are mine.

The original avatars we all made.

Everything, right down to the 2 colons on the link in the forum...

So, my friends...what can we do?

P.S. by mine I mean the coding too...not just the actual apps/portals

oh, and after they got busted the first time they have removed:

My bar on top with drop down menus

My close/minimize/maximize buttons

Then they relaunched the sitre saying it was a new style...

the style they have now is a combo of mine and GodPunks

Have you tried to contact appleswitch about this? I do see that they have this note on their website:

"AppleSwitch.com would like to thank therealduckie.net for encouraging us to make a new forum skin, we decided to do the whole site. Hope you like it"

I don't see a similarity in the gallery section at all. I do see that you use the same chat client and that the forums are of the same skin. But in all actuality, your apple section is a total rip off of apple.com, is it not?

anyway Duckie, i think u should do what i threatened to do - email their ISP and they`ll be taken down.

i`d send u the chat log where one of those kiddie's is saying he "hacked" your site but cause my HD crashed i don`t have it anymore >.<

they are pretty tought on rips/unauthorised usage, plus i think they can offer some legal advice.

if only i hadn`t lost the leg where that kid said he "hacked" trd.net, maybe you could have finished this with the ISP

The problem is, and I suspect this is what they are banking on, involving a lawyer is going to cost you and them lots of money... they are assuming you won't go through the trouble or don't have the resources to defend a non-commercial site. Got any lawyers in your family?

Or better yet, any lawyers here at A-S? Anybody here know a lawyer who can help Duckie out? If you can make the connection to a lawyer, first thing is to send a cease and desist, ala Apple.

He could of used "some app" (wont name it since its illegal) and it allowed him to download anything he wanted since this "app" ignores chmoding and folder rescrictions, this app also only works with Apache witch you are using so....

Another way could have been him/her using a password generator and the app continues to connect to your ftp site with random passes/user names untill it works. Duckie i recomend you get a new password then look at your sites ftp log and check the ip's that have connected to your server. Once you have that ip send it to your isp and thiers complaining.

And if you want....send it to me so I can have fun with dos attacks.

How ripped is it, i mean are they actually your themes, u made or public ones, because for offering free email and using the same web host as u and the same portal is not really a crime, Do u mean the same portal theme?

He told me after i forced them to remove the site (look for that thread) that he actually used an app to "suck" all of the site`s contence.
