Two things...
First, did you get permission from the wallpaper designer to use his creation in your project?
Second, did you get permission from the creator of the swf file to use it in your project?
Can't remember the name of the website that the swf file came from, but it's been around for a while.
Also... it's a bit of a CPU hog.
