After updating the driver for my display adapter, I noticed that my titlebar is now a few pixels wider than the rest of my windows.
I have several per application settings and it is the same with them all.
I've since re-installed the old driver, done a system restore to before I upgraded and re-installed Windowblinds but I still have the same problem. It looks odd.

Do you have a screenshot of what you're talking about?
After undo-ing the system restore I had done previously, the titlebars went back to normal so the problem is solved now.
I forgot I had posted this or I would have edited it. Thanks for the response anyway.
