OK ok. Thanks to a zillion of pms I'm reopening this. Let's call this theme 'the most beautiful exception of our non-aero rule'. I agree it contains aqua elements. I agree it has finder style. God I feel stupid now

Use a skin for firefox. This bug is just in the finderversion. cant fix this on this way.
