[help] Pressed button

Could anybody do a quick photoshop tutorial showing me how to make a pressed button please? Please have a look at the attached PNGs.

There are many many different ways of creating a 'pressed button' state. But the effect you are after is quite an easy one.

This kind of button retains it bevelled edge highlights so as to still indicate a raised button, its just the interior of the button that changes its state.

This effect is easy to create:

You will notice that the raised button has a subtle gradient, darker at the bottom. If you reverse the gradient it gives the effect of the pushed button. I have attached an example below and also the psd file so you can see how I achieved the result.
