Which thread gives the mod?

Hi,

I remember there was a thread on Aqua-soft sometime ago which features a hack to make explorer look like the one on the following screenshot. I am sure that is not a finder clone but it's an explorer hack which makes the toolbar look like a mac. If anyone know the link to the thread, pls refer me to it. Thanks a lot.
