[Help] System Tray Icon Spacing

Hi,

I'm sure you've all seen a mac screen shot where in the top right, (next to the date) there's all those icons, what we would call a system tray/notifcation area. Anyway, in osx its all nicely spaced out, my question is, is it possible to change the icon spacing in the system tray of windows xp. Apart from replacing the start bar with object bar.
