Hmm...Dot effect was cool, although I think another thing that could really make this wallpaper great is altering the plain blue background. I would play around with blue and purple gradients, splashes of green, etc...nothing too flashy, just something subtle that could make a difference.

As it is, the wallpaper is still pretty nice. Welcome to the forums, and good job!
