moby dock disappears when SHOW DESKTOP is clicked

When the icon for SHOW DESKTOP is clicked, mobydow will disappear until another window is opened. Any reason for this? I don't really want to have to click Always on Top.

hey james i have downloaded moby dock but it asked for direct 9x i too installed it . but it is showing a memory address how to solve it .I think u know u are already using it.

At present i am using aqua dock it is working well.Try it at www.osx-e.com
