Thank you all SOOO very much for the help! It's looking good! I was able to get them all changed except my anti-virus scanner.
Does anyone know where the 16x16 icon for F-Secure Anti Virus is? I've been through a ton of DLL's and EXE's and none seem to change it....there are still a lot left to go through.
P.S. Everyone that has their buddy lists right on their desktop in the clean little bubbles...is that GAIM or Miranda?
Most likely Miranda--with the advent of Pe8er and Magbi's new skins, some crazy stuff can be accomplished.

Oh and does the forum freeze for like 5 seconds everytime you load a page for anyone using firefox?
yeah, it's about 2-3 secs for me. it's loading up all the images so fast I think it's adjusting the scroll bar. that's what it seems like to me.
