(its never too late). It is said that a healthy body results in a healthy mind. If you use the computer all day, it has become an addiction for you and you should stay away from it for some time. Excess viewing of any kind of monitor (TV, computer screen, gameboy etc.) is said to cause lethargy, lack of motivation, and severe eye strain. Also list here what sports or activities you partake in. It should makean interesting list, considering that all of you come from different parts of the world. 
Personally I play soccer everyday for 1 hour, 3.5 hours of tennis on the weekends, basketball sometimes, I jump a lot (if that is considered strenous physical excercise ), and I study a lot, that is definately strenous physical exercise.

I think its per day, but I could be wrong unless nrzero thinks that 5 hours a month is too much?
Its per day people, 5 hours a month is considered couch potato in the making .
i play about a sport every season:
Winter: Swimming
Spring-Early Summer: Baseball
Late Spring-Summer: Water Ski Team (includes skiing wakeboarding kneeboarding etc...)
Late Summer-Fall: Football
Plus I play outside w/ the neighborhood kids when the weather's good

My uncle lives in Iowa, Iowa city. He teaches mathematics and computer science in the State University. I went there a couple times, its all corn fields, hardly any civilization (cities and the like). Could be named Hicksville
really, what year does he teach, my cousin goes there, she just came to visit us for Easter...
yeah, luckily i live in one of the only "cities" in the state... Des Moines... about the size of a suburb for a large city... God I want to move...
i don't do any exercise normally, apart from rock climbing for 1.5 hours once a week.
Every three weeks i go to the mountains for a weekend and probably do 16 hours hard strenuous exercise.

I run 2 miles a day and do anaerobic workouts,... my goal is to be able to run 6 miles a day (30 miles a week) in a years time, without breakin a sweat.
