How do i change a 'visual style file' into a 'windows theme file' or just get it on my desktop?

As someone will state it sooner or later...

1st) Title Your Thread properly, yes you have the tag but you don't have a descriptive title

i have one more problem. StyleXP has expired. Now what do i do?

You dont need style xp to use themes, use the UXTheme patcher instead...
