Is there such a program on windows that can post the current track playing on itunes to Yahoo messenger's status? just like the yStatus program for mac, but on Windows of course?
There is such plugins on QCD and Winamp that can do this. but most of us here and me preffered iTunes 
I think there isnt a tool. but you can use the Mplugin for itunes and itunes will be recognized
as winamp .Then use Yamp! and your tracks will appear on YIIM,. It works! 
Tried googling for the "Yamp!" app you used but no luck.. it mostly points to some app that converts audio formats. If its not much of a hassle can you point me on where i could find the app. Thanks.
No prob. You find it on www.winamp.com (its actually a winamp tool, but since iTunes will be recognize as winamp, it works). Search for plug-ins/general.You will find Yamp M6 and Winamp thingy new (works as well). You know how to use the Mplugin for iTunes? You will get info about it here in the forum.

i just wanna share... i use MIRANDA then my player is iTunes then passthrough foobar then downloaded the plugin foo_winamp_spam. Its working and ime using YAHOO in MIRANDA... now everytime the song changes, the status also changes...
