3. No, iChat is avalible only of OS X, just like all the "i" programs and hardware, but you can get Trillian and skin it using one of Danimator's skins.

There is one "i" app you can get for windows... iTunes.

There are loads of sites around you can find milk skins at, just search the board for "milk style" and you'll probably turn a few up.
