Hi,
I think if u use MSStyle u cann't remove app icon from the topleft corner...
Use WindowBlinds, it able to remove application icon. That's depends on the skin definition...
![]()
yea i know i could use windowsblinds... but i dont want to use that ![]()
so there must be a way to remove that with a simple program...
nobody???
you could use shellwm or windowblinds. I dont think there's any other way..
Its probabaly like the "Stop lights on left side" thing. Either get WB or ShellWM or DEAL WIT IT! lol, j/k, sorry, but as far as Visual Styles go, Stop lights on right and icon on left is how it is, no changes pretty much! Im suppried, it barely lets you center text in the titlebar! lol!
so... ahem..
Over 4 years have passed..
since this question was first asked.

You'll get the same answer
. Use WB, ShellWM (that's an old solution, wow), or ResHack a transparent icon as the app's icon (and there's an easier solution for Firefox and Thunderbird).

Eh, I figured as well..
I'd reshack them but then I wouldn't want to lose my taskbar icons either.
I suppose it doesn't bother me that much.
Anyways, thanks NC ![]()
I'll get back to this thread in 5 years to check again ;D
