[request/help] What is the wallpaper program in this screenshot?

While browsing the forums, I came across this screenshot. The original context was relating to the tabs on the far right, but what I'm really interested in is the wallpaper program on the left (titled "Desktop"). Can anyone tell me what this program is, and/or how to get it? I've been searching for over an hour, but with nothing but "Desktop" on which to go, I'm more than a little lost. :slant:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way, here's the screenshot in question:

I Googled "DragThing" which he says he's running, and i got like, a OS X skinning program

right, that is the Max OS X system desktop settings. its not anything special, it's part of the operating system. There is a program around here that attempts to clone the features, but if i remeber correctly, the program was never finished.
