That is a crate icon for unison... it is not supposed to be distributed, but look at the last half of the December 2004 screenshots thread (someone attached the PNG to the board).
Sorry, I'm constantly modding my website and forgot to put my mail adress back....you should have post a request in desktop comments section maybe....
