[release] Eylo Mod

After receiving permission from both Max Rudberg and Megumi here is my mod of Eylo.

It's mainly cosmetic changes, fonts are now HandelGotDMed and HandelGotDLig, made it a compact start menu (48px only), squared off the small captions, and a wall by vStyler. Fonts are not included...
