[REQ] Any app / plugin for quick rating of songs?

Is there anyway I can get the song rating for iTunes on the taskbar, like a Samurize taskbar config? Samurize can display it, but cannot change the ratings I think. :confused:

This is built in. Let iTunes have display its icon in the taskbar notification area, there you get a context menu that expands to rating stars when a track is played.

If someone could create something like that though, a toolbar that you could add that just had those stars for rating the playing song, I'd paypal like US$10. Imagine all the stuff you could buy with that. The world would be your playground. Anyhow, thanks for listening.
