(request)self updating wallpaper changer)

Does anybosy now where i can find a application, a wallpaper change, that updates itself kind of like PICASA, like every time you download a picture off the internet to lets say C:iPicturesGirls it automatically adds it to the databe, like PICASA

I am searching for such a wallpaper switcher too, but unfortunately the mentioned tools here don't have any transition effects (especially the fadein-fadeout option) like that of mac osx.

I only found one program called Magic DeskX that offers this option but the transition effect looks a bit dull and is everything else than smooth.

I am surprised that there doesn't seem to exist such an application...
