Resource Hacker

I want to change my winamp icon in the system tray to match the rest that were changed by using

flyakite. Ive slected to change the icon with resource hacker but im not sure if I need to only change one of them or all of them in the icon floder. I chose to open the winamp exe file and there are several floders with icons.

Just change 102. I think you can choose among the icon resources in Winamp itself.

btw make sure u change icon groups, not just icons... it seems to work better that way (for most apps)

reshacking the icon groups automatically changes the icons.
