The "Dad Vs. AOL" animation really hit close to home. Ive gotten calls like that too.

In fact, yesterday I had to set up AOL for someone, 4 people had tried to set it up, and finally called me and it turned out they were all just hitting the wrong button. I mean, some of these people had set up networks, and they couldnt do this. Wierd...
