I'm new to the forum and love the themes that people have created, but is there any way to partially skin my system? I have used a few OS X themes and like the way they change the menubars and title bars, but don't like the way they change the start menu, and the task panel in My Computer.
Is there any way to select which parts of my system to customise?

With MsStyles no. However, you can manually edit the themes themselves, and change it back to Luna Style start menu and task panel. Read up on SkinStudio, and other modding tutorials.

That's not strictly true, Nightcrawler.
If you write an application to directly integrate with UxTheme.dll, you can have it alter themes on a per-application basis. This, though, is very much a pain in the arse and buggy, from my experience.
That said, this isn't exactly a "point and click" option.
Other than that, like Nightcrawler says, the only way to partially skin your system is by using WindowBlinds (if you want different applications to have different skins), or to edit the .msstyle file itself (if you simply don't like the look of something in the theme).
