[help] How to convert .ico files to PNG?

Untill today I used icon2any to convert .ico files to PNG but the 30 days trial expired. I searched the forum and found nothing. I also Googled and found a few softwares but they won't make the PNG 128x128, only up to 48x48.

which program do u recommend?
