lets say my dad has a mac, if i run vnc, can he be using jaguar on his mac at the same time im using it on my pc?

anyone know the performance of VNC

would it work well on: g3 bubble mac w/ 128 mb ram OS 10.2 and P4 2.4 ghz 1024 ram radeon 9700 pro 100mbps LAN?

umm can you login with 2 different users and have some sort of fast user switching a la xp?

otherwise i think you'd end up fighting over the cursor with your dad.

also vnc, isn't very good at performance because it takes lots of pictures of the desktop and sends them over the network.

This is bad for the computer taking the pictures and is very bandwidth intensive.

I don't know enough about macs to tell you what the performance would be like, sorry
