[Help] Skining problem!

I have installed sp2 and nothing seems the same. Like my menu bar isnt showing properly and its all ugly! Screen:

If you dont see it, the problem is in the left of the top bar.

I just see a black background, but it seems to be a .swf Flash file loading, slowly I might add.
