How To Change Default Fonts In Win Xp

i know how to add fonts in windows xp ,but i donno how to change them to any other font of my choice say tahoma or the mac font .............i need to know this coz after i installed some stupid theme it also changed the default windows fonts to some thing very small. now its like i cant even read whats written on the taskbar or the toolbar , so i need to know this bad, any help will be appreciated ................thnx

estoypeligroso, The default windows xp fonts are "MS Shell Dlg", "MS Sans Serif" and "Tahoma". I work in change this default fonts and use my font LucidaMACBold. I had the first result and it's good but have still some problems so I don't post my files in forum.
