[HELP] Systray Icons looks ugly !

Hi everyone !

Its weird. I installed a program (spyware & virus FREE) just to test it. I then uninstalled it from my comp.

Then it tells me I need to reboot in order to completely uninstall the program.

So obviously I reboot ! And when I have, I realise that my systray icons are not the same anymore !

Well, they are the same but they dont look neat anymore, they're all pixelized :confused:

I attached a photo of it.

Does anyone know what happened and know how to solve that ? I rebooted many times and it doesnt change anything, I'm desesperate....

Doesn't the repair icons option in TweakUI solve it? Did you try that?

Try this:

Right click on desktop, properties, appearance, advanced, "Caption Buttons". Modify the size, then go back to 21 iirc. Should solve your problems.

If not, set your theme back to windows classic and re-apply milky.

Thanks for the help wiebeest but as I didnt want to lose my modified icons, I opted for Worth solution which has worked perfectly !!!

yup, that's the solution. that happens because the systray icon sizes are tied to the caption bar height, so toggling it or resetting to 21 (default) usually fixes it.
