[help] color quality auto switcher program?

is there a program that will automaticly change the color quality when a certain program is run..

i have some programs that will only work at 16bit

and some that recomend 32bit..

and i would rather have my computer set at 32bit..

in other words im kinda lazy and don't want to change the color quality everytime.
