[Request] Sunbird & Apple Mail w/ Calendar ext by Mangus Wild

Please release both of your themes and extensions fo Sunbird and update your Apple mail for Thunderbird to include the Calendar extension. A nice ICal icon for the ThunderBird toolbar would be nice also.
