Black, Red and Chrome.

Seeing how this is a black theme, there is a problem with some text in dialog boxes not showing up due to not being able to change some of the text to a white color. Any solutions found yet? Anybody willing to convert this theme into a WindowBlinds theme?

Buttons and tabs are a bit too metallic, it's difficult to distinguish text on them. And background shouldn't be completely black, it makes this theme totally unusable.
What Pe8er said, and I think you should redo the scrollbar arrows, they look a little weird and out of place.

What's it with Magma? I hope you don't comare this skin to that,
this skin looks far more great than that one.

too dark... may be a more clear or even a grey/light grey will better. but looks cool

I think you should dump the Metalic in favor of a flat matte red finish with white text for the buttons. Black everything... red flat buttons, white text... sound good?
You could also make either a white apple or the red/white U2 symbol for the start menu.
That VS totally destroys the Apple look. Your chrome looks too shiny and too contrasted which makes it look fake. Your red is horrible and looks nothing like the red clickwheel of the U2 iPod. Also your black is flat and looks dull and boring. Just some constructive criticism for some dramatic changes. 
That would be kinda cool! (note... some of that mockup is part of another theme. If it's a normal looking button, money says it's ripped. Other than that, I mocked it.

Thanks for all the input. This theme is work in progress as such it will probably be much different when it is done. Unfortunately due to the limitations of the windows skinning engine I am limited as to what I can do with a black background. Certain text element I am not able to turn white to show up on the black background so I will have to do a grey varient with black text. Kind of like gnomexp's mockup(nice work!). Working in Photoshop is horrible with a black background, none of the tool pallets show up right. I'll eventually release 2 varients one with a black background and white text and one with a grey background and black text.

the red in the menubar is a direct color match off of the U2 iPod clickwheel, but other than that the reds are kind of mismatched. I took them out of a theme I did called Black Panther.
The window borders are as close as I can get them to the preview image on Apple's website while working with the 4 and 3 pixel window frame limit.

Great idea for a progress bar. I wasn't sure why you striped it untill I looked down on my U2/ How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb CD cover.
