There is an icon packager package out there but the shell replacement is probably better, as it does replace everything essential right away.

Try here buddy. If you want a shell for it go to HardwareGeeks they got what you need too.

sorry for the trouble .

the system uses icons placed in the file shell32.dll which is put in the system32 directory ithink.

You can see this for yourself if you try and edit the icon used in say a shortcut to explorer.

downloading a shell means downloading a separate shell32.dll file with different icons (mmm aqua)
