Aqua-Soft Forumsokay, so i've got my ichat icons for the systray. i thought the reshack would be stobject.dll, but it's not there. and it's not msnmsgr.exe. could someone please tell me which file to hack? thx.

I haven't tried to hack MSN messenger yet, but I just have a look at msnmsger.exe and find that the systray icons are there. Just try changing the icons one by one and see.
thx. okay, it is msnmsgr.exe. i was looking at the wrong file. bu these icons show up repeatedly in different icon groups (1-4, 100, 101 and 219-225). can someone give a brother a hand?
(there's nothing like the joy of discovery. except having someone else do it for you!)
