its this program that searched folders for icons in .exes, .dlls, and more. i forgot to backup the program when i formatted my computer and i reaaly need it. i forget the name, but any help would be appreciated. thanks!
does anyone have that program that tells you which icons are in which files?
IconsExtract is by far the easiest program for searching through files.
personally, i use IconViewer. this was recommended by chris kite, a name you can trust!. but, sketching is no slouch either, so i'm sure his recommendation is good too.
great! thank you too VERY much!!
sketching- that was the one i was looking for! thanks ![]()
shmengie- ive never seen this program but it does it's stuff well!
i'm keeping and using both. thank you very much once again ![]()
If you are using a mac, you could purchase Mike Mata's Cat scan. It allows you to scan applications and you can just drag the icons out of it. It is really awesome and is only $10.00
