It looks good. The practical application of the diagonal lines could be tough though.
I do like the button, probably would want darker text instead of lighter. Easier to read.
isn't the color of that theme blue? :slant:
the first priority of all themes is to have readable text so dark themes > white text and in your case, light theme > perfectlly black text
i think the submit text color should be diffrent, and buttons should stand out more. maybe a slightly darker color or something.

only thing, look at the msstyle royale inspirat and make sure it's not so close in it's appearance...
This doesn't really look all that much like Royale Inspirat, IMHO, but it does definitely remind me of Windows Media Player 10.
