It really helps people to understant whats going on. I think most people here will agree that Palladium is going to cause serious problems w/ open source and software modifying. We all like to Hack our DLLs and many other things, and w/ Palladium, we wont be able to do it, its even hardware based.
There are many other problems that this can cause, basically, its saying that Other companies decide what can be put on your computer or not. Its taking away freedom and privacy.
Its a shame we cant do anything about it either. The big players (MS, Intel) have already started doing this. I think we should all try to contact Dell, and other big Computer manufacterurs and ask them to at least give a choice of Palladium and non Palladium systems. I know that in the past, the big guys always give in to MSs latest project, even if it isnt in our best interest.
